Fresh off the outstanding title and olympic qualifying win by Jden Cox, top 40 2017 wrestling recruit Jared Campbell announced his signing with Tiger wrestling yesterday.
Jared expected to wrestle at 285 in college and is similar athlete to J'den in terms of a quicker athletic smaller HWT/197 that comes from one of the perennial High school powers in Ohio, St edwards and is a huge get for Coach smith and Tigers.

Campbell will join another top recruit so far for 2017 in Jacob Raschke (184) from Wisconsin(askren wrestling academy) for a great start to 2017 class.
For the icing on the cake,(and long shot) I was told Nick Reenan, 2016 recruit top 5 ranked wrestler that decommitted from Northwestern visited Missouri this weekend and should make final college decision soon between a number of the top college programs.
Coach Smith is doing such a great job for Tiger program and with the last three years of outstanding recruiting classes the future is really looking good to continue the climb of the wrestling program.
