Special teams coordinator Erik Link offered former Charlotte and Michigan State kicker Stephen Rusnak, who is the second specialist and transfer to announce an offer from Missouri.
Rusnak, who barely played in three seasons at Michigan State, went 11-for-11 on field goals (long of 54 yards) and 25-for-25 on PATs for Charlotte this past season.
The Tigers have Blake Craig next season but also lost freshman Body Boehm to the transfer portal.
