Per Pinkel, He thinks mid October. This is problematic. I like Ish, but he has been tentative and he is super small. He really is not a back that is gonna run through tacklers. We have yet to see him make anybody miss but perhaps he is just getting his sea legs? Tyler Hunt is more of the straight line type runner but he does not appear to be a guy that can make you miss. Morgan Steward is not getting tough yards right now. Granted he has had little to no blocking but he seems to go down if you breathe on him. It is obvious to me that he is not ready to play football at a high level or at all.
We really need a bell cow. I know that Russ is that guy but he seems to be the only guy we have that can make you miss and break tackles. For those that have seen Walters scrimmage, what type of back is he? Can he get tough yards and bounce it outside?
