Trouble with service

This is the only way I can get in touch with someone. My service will not allow me to look at Marcus Loud's Topic or Gary Pinkel's Topic. When I go to your Contact us there isn't any access. If you can't fix this or help me in what to do then cancel me. I've had enough in the last two days.
