It amazes me how our university finds a way to make everything as difficult as possible. Moved to the east coast for a couple years so I gave up my season tickets. Needless to say I forgot what a terrible convoluted mess the relationship between the ticket office and TSF is. I am trying to give you money and you seem to act like you don't want it. It also seems that calling to speak with someone is pointless. They obviously just are there to answer the phone and tell you to go to the website.
