And, therorhetically, this could go further than that. With this ruling, every single NCAA institution is at risk of any teacher, advisor, tutor, or otherwise engaging in academic fraud with any one of their athletes.

It’s a remarkable precedent. It genuinely discourages schools to utilize the tutoring system for its athletes because all it takes is one of them to have financial trouble or feel bad for a student athlete and complete degrees of their coursework.
