Along with several community reports of a man dressed in all black wearing a ski mask creeping around local neighborhoods. Police claim they've investigated the claims and find no connection. However, they didn't deny the legitimacy of those sightings and warned citizens to not approach any unusual people. Hmmm. It sounds to me like that's their guy, they're closing in on him, and they don't want to alarm him to the fact that they're right on his tail.
