Mizzou has 83 players on scholarship right now for 2024 (they may give a couple to walk ons, but those would only be one year things). As of right now, there are 81 scholarship players for next year. Theoretically that means Mizzou can add four more spots. Of course, we know Luther Burden is going pro so that's going to add a spot. We know there will be transfers out and such. Generally Mizzou has operated by replacing every transfer out with a transfer in so the number of spots available in the portal is related to how many leave after this season.
