Jacksonville State transfer cornerback Fred Davis II provided updates to MizzouToday after his visit to Missouri on Saturday:
-"The good energy of the staff stood out to me and the training facilities."
-He spoke with cornerbacks coach Al Pogue, head coach Eli Drinkwitz and defensive coordinator Corey Batoon
-"It's a huge opportunity for me and how I would fit in the secondary, being a physical press corner and physical tackler."
-He talked with Tre'Vez Johnson, from his hometown of Jacksonville, and former Clemson teammates Toriano Pride Jr. and Joseph Charleston.
-"Mizzou is one of the top choices so far right now for me, and I am going to make a decision by next week."
-Virginia Tech is his next visit.
