From @RivalsFriedman:

Croucher won quarterback MVP in a very tight race and it’s easy to see why so many teams are very high on him. He described his recruitment as "open" but would like to commit as early as late August. Indiana, Ole Miss and Michigan have been prioritizing him thus far in the recruiting process. Oregon is expected to get Croucher on campus in early June and Missouri will be a week or two after that.

Penn State doesn’t miss on in-state running backs and Mickens is a prime example. The Nittany Lions locked in his commitment nearly two years ago and he remains solidly committed to the in-state program. Mickens will be back in State College for an official visit at the end of the month, but that may not be the only official visit he takes. Notre Dame and Missouri are pushing to get him for an official visit before the end of June. Keep an eye on the Fighting Irish because their running backs coach Ja'Juan Seider was the running backs coach at Penn State and was responsible for getting a commitment from Mickens.
