The USA Drought Monitor is showing the Nevada and California are fukt. Utah and Arizona are worthless now too.
For those who don't want to click the link, California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah are pretty much all in Extreme drought or Exceptional Drought.
A lot of produce and tree nuts come from that northern California valley. Looking like a rough year for the Almonds.
Should be a good year for great wines. Great year for Missouri. Looking good for ag in the show me.
This is supposed to continue or get worse all year, expect water shortages and a rough fire season for the West (including Oregon as well).
