My fiance works at VU, and they are currently donating $25 for every tweet that says "Thank you for your service". I'm not on twitter, but I encourage everyone that is to go do that. They're doing it until midnight and have already gotten above $2 million.
They're also posting videos of some employees and celebrities breaking the news to the lucky recipients. Really heartwarming stuff.
