Our elections need to be taxpayer financed, within legislated $$ limits, so that opposing candidates and their policies compete on a level playing field financially. Each legal voter’s choice in an election should carry the same weight to influence the outcome of that election, as the choice of George Soros, Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, or Peter Thiel. Votes should not be for sale to the highest financial influencer.
