Pac-12 statement on Washington at Cal football game
The Pac-12 today, Nov. 5, issued the following statement regarding the Washington at Cal football game, previously scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 7:
B1G and PAC 12 really messed up by delaying the start so long, combined with extremely strict rules. Cal had a single asymptomatic player and have to cancel their season opener with no ability to reschedule. Not talking about the politics or really even COVID, just feel for the kids who wanted to play, had it cancelled, watched others play, start late, then on the eve of the season get it taken away one more time
