I can't change our season, I can only point out something that gives perspective outside of our little world of just Mizzou sucks.
I live in Michigan, my wife is a Spartan fan, so I also follow Michigan State. There is an eerie parallel between Mizzou and Sparty.
Mizzou is 2-5 and not bowl bound as I see it today.
Sparty is 2-5 and still has to play Mich and tOS and Penn State. I don't think they are going to get to 6-6 either. "BUT I THOUGHT THEY PLAYED IN THE COLLEGE PLAYOFFS LAST YEAR". Thats the point, they did and they are having a similar season as Mizzou this year.
Did Mich State have protests last year? Ummmm.. nope
Did Mich State have an almost all new coaching staff? Ummm.. nope
Well surely they have a new Head Coach that had never been a head coach? Ummm nope
Read their 3-2-1 and you could almost put a lot of the issues they are having with Mizzou.
Not trying to make excuses, but our issues aren't all about protests and new coaching staff. There are things that caused the stars to align and we just don't have the right player leadership as we have in the past.
