Due to potentially dangerous weather slated to hit mid-Missouri on Wednesday, Missouri softball has preemptively cancelled their home doubleheader against Northern Iowa. The games will now take place on April 29. Here's what the Mizzou press release said about the cancellation:
"Mizzou Softball has postponed Wednesday's doubleheader against Northern Iowa due to steady rainfall forecasted for the Columbia, Mo., area on April 8. The doubleheader has been rescheduled and will take place on Wednesday, April 29 at University Field. Game times are set for 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. CT, but are subject to change."
