Fellas it was a hell of a year! Not many saw us being in the tourney at all. To get here is a plus in my book. We didn’t show what we could really do just to to chemistry, numbers of players, and a suspension. But I’m not gonna be mad we lost, this was one hell of a season!
Coach Martin took 4 returning players, 3 fresham (after transfers) 1 who was hurt all year, and probably the best grad transfer (imo). He was able to do things that most coaches can’t! Couldn’t be happier with the job he did!
Now that it’s over, it’s time to regroup,rest, and get back into the weight room and gym!
From what I have seen from videos, I’m excited for the class coming in. Who knows who’s coming back! I know that as much as he tries Reed Nikko needs to transfer, he is a decent athlete, but not a SEC D1 player! You hope that MPJ and Jontay come back, more likely just Jontay. Hope Ramey commits and you get a grad transfer or two.
Regardless I’m excited to see what Coach Martin can to with a full offseason and time to work with these guys!!
