I think Cross needs time to get his guys and implement his system, but some people are saying Odom may make changes by the end of the year. What about trying to get Steckel back? The players loved him and the thing about Steckel defenses is they always created turnovers. Remember the turnover streak? It might be unlikely we could lure him away from Missouri State, but it might be worth a shot.
