I live in Texas, and it would be disturbing (to say the least) to see a perosn walking around the mall (or supermarket, or public park, or…) in a mask carrying a gun, and until he pulls the trigger he has not violated any laws, I am not sure how we properly balance all the issues, but I’m pretty sure the current state is untenable.
