So I have been all negative about Kim so I am going to try and start a non negative Kim post.
1) Outside of these kids breaking the law, beating their girlfriends, taking the pot and not doing their school work, I think he really needs to lighten up a bit . It might help make things more fun and might help build trust. I wouldn't have fun if I was getting kicked all over the place. (Pinkel lightened up to a degree if you all recall)
2) Once he identifies who is staying I think he should do some type of team building trip. Similar to what Haith did with Denmon and clan his first year ( I think they did Navy Seal training or something similar). I think that might help build some bonds
