We hired an up a comer who won with another guy's talent. The cupboard isn't bare here. The guys we have and have coming in fit his scheme. This was a huge problem from Morris at Arky. The success the next three years are determined by this. He runs a spread option on offense and tampa 2 4-3 on defense. Bolton, our DT, Safeties and others fit this perfectly. Robinson and Bazelak are tailer made for running the spread option, Badie and Rountree are perfect compliments to his downhill style and Knox, Maclin, Hester and Scott will be great in jet sweeps and on deep throws with Bannister and Gicinto in the slot. Even Parker blocking and skipping out or Hea as the H back and over the middle can show their potential in this scheme. I think he'll have our Oline slim down and be more explosive with his zone blocking scheme which helps the RBs. I think we have a great shot to be good next year and am excited to see how he gets after this class. This is exactly the kind of hire that we needed to make.
