I keep seeing that KA needs to gut the roster and get "his kind of players" in here because the problem was the roster he inherited. Since his previous coaching experience was under Norm in the final years (16 years ago) and at D2 I do not know exactly what "his kind of players" are. Norms teams when I was in school in the mid to late 90's were sorely lacking in talent until Albert White, Dooling, an Gilbert showed up. Those teams were not even as bad as this past year's team was. We have players like those 3 on the current roster and the fans are being told that they are not buying in or they are transferring. KA's UCM teams were often dependent on DI transfers so they were more talented than a lot of teams they played. So...
