The last three games have been very troubling...not only because they were losses but because of how we played and the fact that we were "un-competitive" in all three.

We know this team can play a lot better...we've seen it.

When we beat Tennessee I think a lot of thought we were on our way and we all were looking forward to being a tournament team....and also worried about Jontay possibly leaving early for the NBA.

But lately, Jontay and Tilmon seem to have dissappeared. The defense is struggling. We aren't getting any easy buckets inside and our 3-point shooting has fallen off.

This team is in a funk and out of synch...Why?

Is it Coaching? Has Cuonzo forgotten how to Coach or has his team stopped listening?

Has the loss of two point guards (3 counting the RS) , who didn't seem to be contributing that much on the floor, hurt us that much from a talent/depth perspective?

Has the loss of these players of negatively affected the chemistry of the players left on the roster?

Barnett was playing like and All SEC player just a few weeks ago...what has happened with him?

Have our talented but inconsistent Big Men hit the proverbial "Freshmen Wall?"

Has the rampant speculation about Michael Porter's comeback affected this team mentally and caused them to lose focus?

You can point out that this roster is flawed...that we are lacking a true point guard...and that our Bigs are young...but the fact is we have regressed for what ever reason.

What is the biggest reason for our current funk...and what do we need to do to get out of it?

Is the season lost? Or can it be salvaged?
