HCBO's overall record is now 19-18 with the presumption that he will hit 20 wins on Friday in his first 3 years as a head coach.
I'm sure there were others that did much better but I'm presuming that this puts our head coach in the upper echelon of first time head coaches.
Add in a bowl win and he's averaging 7 wins a year while learning on the job.
I think his numbers only get better from here on out and am hoping he hits a double digit win season in the near future.
