What would you do regarding replay?

Have seen a lot of bitching recently about replay and rightfully so. So my question is, how do you make it better. I don't think it can ever truly be fixed. That is why I wasn't exactly for it in the first place. I cannot tell you how many times I have been watching a game with my friends and six people will have watch the same replay and see totally different things. I do think it can be made better, though.

Here is my idea:

Get rid of the call on the field having any relevance. So many times a call will look obvious, but there might not be a perfect angle to make it "irrefutable" to overturn the call on the field. To me, this is dumb. Look at the UGA player dropping the ball on the GL this year. Most people could reasonable look at that and surmise that he dropped it short, but because the call on the field was a TD there wasn't going to be "irrefutable evidence because there wasn't a camera angle right on the GL.

Also go to the NFL system where the coaches can challenge plays. Give them 2 per game and if they win those challenges they get a 3rd. I'm so sick of random little plays being reviewed for 5 minutes. Put it in the hands of the coaches. If you want to have the booth handle the last 2 minutes I guess that's fine, but no more than that. There is no reason for a college football game to last 4 hours.

Anybody have any thoughts on this?
