To fire and hire a coach?
This whole thing that suggests you give a coach at least three years is bull s**t.
There are other things that are more important like is the team improving, what do you see the team like in the future with current coach, what does recruiting look like from day one to now, how are your top level donors reacting, what replacement coach is available, buyouts, who has interest coming here, timing of improvements (SEZ), are fans restless, occupancy of stadium during games, what other teams will be looking for replacements, etc.
I don't think Sterk has a schedule of events that he looks at, it will be a very calculated and thought out process and these processes are moving, searching and progressing.
