While China has gone around the world, lining up clients if not allies, helping politicians that see things their way, bribing others and making strategic deals for raw materials needed to become the worlds’s leading economic and military power, the US worries about spreading woke gender policies.
It’s ironic in the way they pulled the rug out from under Afghan women they claimed to care about for a couple decades, not to mention those who are being hunted down and killed for aiding our troops and we made promises too. Yet now they go about the world trumpeting lgbqxyz+- policies in countries where mores and religious belief make such efforts counterproductive and earn US scorn instead of cooperation.

It’s one thing to dangle the rainbow flag outside our embassies in Kabul and the Holy See. It’s quite another to impose American social mores on traditionally Christian or Islamic countries.
