OFF TOPIC Where my hip replacement friends at?

A while back, there was a thread about hip replacement surgery and several of us were slated to go under the knife.

Wondering if anyone has any news to report and new advice to offer. Mine is February 19. Got the handicap permit yesterday so I can park closer for the arkansas game on March 3. Doctor says I can go in my walker as long as we stop at least once on the trip from LSMO to CoMO.

My surgeon got a laugh out of my picking a date so I would only miss one Mizzou home game.
