The guys who would be closest to the situation, Jimmy Dykes and Jon "Rainy" Sundvold seem to have the real scoop and unfortunately it's not looking good for us.
Dykes says there is now a 4% chance that MPJ returns this season. That's down dramatically from a 5% chance last week and sources seem to be indicating that we're trending very close to 3%.
If that's not enough, Sundvold has taken it upon himself to be the bearer of the news that it will not take 6-8 weeks to recover from a microdiscectomy as initially believed. But actually about a decade.
My question is who is the deep throat that is giving these guys this information? It's sad and embarrassing that our head coach and Michael himself have no idea how severe the situation is.
