Why hire a good special teams coach?

Hire your brother and ignore your obligations to the team. The pro's will probably fire all their special teams coaches now that our coach has shown them the light.. Odom just does not understand the game. He is not an SEC coach. It will take our new coach years to recover.. Odom still needs some tackle work. We need a new coach.==period.
