Listening to this guy break down film, he obviously knows his shit. Once he gets the type of players he wants we are going to be a pretty stout defense and a much better team. Guys are acting like all is lost and the season is already over, yet this is only his second game into his second year. He obviously needs to grow as a HC and I think he will given time. I love his intensity and I think the players do as well. He also seems to be much better at recruiting than GP was, at least at the end of his tenure.
