It is about the games already played and the schedule. It will come down to Ga vs FL unless we beat both of them.

If we beat Florida but lose to Ga and win out Fl pretty much has to beat Ga or LSU to make it a three way tie. If they beat Ga but lose to LSU they would win the East. Based on the Schedule Ga is assumed to win out as their most difficult games not MIZ or FL is Auburn and they would be a heavy fav. Thus we would all be 6-2 but we would have 2 east lossed and GA and FL would have one and FL would win the Head to head for the title.

If we lose to Florida and beat Ga we set up the Gators to win the East. We again are 6-2 if we win out. Then FL would have to lose both to LSU and Ga to be 6-2. And since Ga would also be 6-2. We again have a three way tie except FL and Ga have 1 loss in the east and we would have two. And in that case Ga wins the east.

Of course this is assuming our only other loss is to GA or FL and can't be both. Winning the east is a very long shot. There is likely only one way to win the east and that is to win out.

Ga and FL are likely 50/50 at this point and it most likely gets decided in Jacksonville.
