Gabe was right on when he commented on how impressive Franklin is. He said preparation and intensity is what made his teams successful. Lots of talent but they were also fiercely competitive. Said BD Smith & Daniel worked and prepared - cliche but said they were the first in and last to leave. Said current QBs are like that this year.
Some notes:
- both said facilities were indeed a big deal
- Will grew up idolizing Corby Jones and wanted to make a difference for his home school
- when asked what player is currently under the radar but will be a stud, both immediately responded "Justin Smith"
- Coach Hill is an extremely talented receivers coach and back where he excels - his work with the young receivers will be evident as the season progresses
