How big of a deal is this? I am very concerned. Is this the sort of thing that changes our defense from really, really good (like last year) to average?
Am going to Vegas next week and I like to bet on the O/U for win totals. Mizzou has been way underrated and I don't see that changing. No respect can be disheartening, but it's good when you are a gambler.
Case in point: to win the National title: Mizzou at 110-1. teams ahead? Tenn at 65, Ark at 38, Texas at 65, and the head scratcher of all head scratchers: Fl at 65. I would book that bet all day long.
