So I need some PM advice. I submitted a promotion letter to HR for one of my employees (he passed a test so I had to do it) that went to school at ku. In my letter to HR, I clearly said he attended the University of kansas. This afternoon it was published, and my letter stated university of "K"(can't type the rest). So now I am in this situation where many people that respect me will be shocked to think I actually capitalized kansas. What would PM do?
