World Cup comes to KC

I've heard that the Chiefs and tax payer are going to have to do a lot of shit to Arrowhead to make it game ready for the soccer games.

So, Arrowhead is good enough for our 30 million dollar a year QB to play but not for third world country soccer players?

What the hell is there to do to Arrowhead to make it "FIFA/World Cup" ready?
