Ricker first and foremost needs to be out of a job. I've never seen a position unit regress so greatly as the OL has since he's been here. Especially with them all being upperclassmen.
If Henson won't take the demotion, you can find OL coaches pretty much everywhere. Find one at a smaller school that has an actual good track record, and isn't just a True Son.
After the season Pinkel needs to throw some money at Christensen to get him to come home. I'm sure being OC here is more attractive than being A&M's run game coordinator.
