Drew to pass Chase and become the all time leader is passing TD’s for Mizzou. He needs 5 to tie him and 6 to be the all time leader Obviously most everyone here wants to see Mizzou win big time. However, I think Chase holds a special place in Mizzou lore. No matter who comes out on top in stats Chase had the better career here and it isn’t even close to be debatable.
Me personally I am kind of torn. Drew is such a great kid and great representative for the University, but what Chase did was take Mizzou to a place that in my 25 years at the time I did not think was possible. Since Drew was a starter for 4 full years he played more games but Chase actually had more passing attempts (unless Drew has 100 attempts in the Bowl Game.) Also if Drew can some how manage to throw for over 700 yards he can pass Chase there as well.
