Outside of my great grandmothers ( she was from Czechoslovakia) fried chicken which I have yet to find an equal, I am alway looking for some good fried yard bird.
Best so far is a cater Jerry's Finest in Atlanta, they soaks the chicken in buttermilk and Louisiana red hot sauce, them double dip and deep fried them. Totally different taste than my grandma's but excellent none the less
