He's proud of the team. But the turnovers at the end killed them.

On the first INT, Drink said he saw the tight end wide open and the next thing you know it was picked off.

He said that UGA's first TD was a third down play. Then on Mizzou's first drive of the third quarter, it settled for a FG. That's a four-point swing.

Basically said he's not disappointed in Cook. He played hard.

He was impressed with RB Cody Schrader. He said WR Luther Burden was tripled at times.

Team has to go battle and that's what Mizzou did and that's what they always do. But when the game is over you have to pick up the pieces but the season isn't over.

Acknowledges SEC East isn't in their control anymore.

Thinks the team handled the environment well.

Told me to ask the SEC officials about the offensive pass interference that was called on Georgia late in the game and then picked up. He said there wasn't enough conclusive evidence but I guess it was to the officials on the field and in Birmingham.

Team got some pressure on Carson Beck but he keeps saying Beck's confidence is continuing to grow since the Auburn game.

On Schrader's run before the half and said he thought he went out of bounds but they kept running the clock and didn't explain to him why. Drink keeps passively aggressively saying to ask the officials for explanations on some calls.

"We're here to win. If people don't think our group is a bunch of fighters -- we're going to fight tooth and nail. We don't have to prove it to you guys anyway." (in reference to proving naysayers or doubters wrong)

Later said, the team didn't come to Athens to keep the game close. They came to win.

He doesn't regret anything.
