When Gabe approached Shizz and I about the falling numbers and how the board was stale and uncreative, we knew we were the ones to help.
We were even more stunned when he made us moderators in order to get this place back to what it should be. We are not ones to turn down power.
We understand it's tough when a new coach comes in and tries to change the environment. Not every one will be on-board and change is hard. We promise to give everyone a fair opportunity to state their opinion but will be quick on the trigger if that opinion is dumb. We will be your friend until we are not.
We hope to meet with everyone soon enough and lay out our plan for the future. We are sure once you hear this plan, the numbers will rise and the idiots will be gone for good.
