Power Mizoou technical issues

I communicate with this site on my Ipad. My page is reloading every 5 minutes so videos end and restart. I have to find my place in articles. Also the drop down selections are not working. They only offer blank grey boxes.

I cannot get a response from Yahoo. Is anyone else having such issues?
