Younger PM members may not recognize the name, but older ones know that Terry is the last quarterback to lead the Tigers to a conference championship in football. That was in the 1969 season that ended in the January 1, 1970 Orange Bowl.
Terry was also at the helm of the 1968 squad that thrashed Alabama in the Gator Bowl.
Terry lives in the Dallas area and is coming to Kansas City as a guest of the Tiger Club. Several of his teammates will be on hand, also.
The optional luncheon buffet begins at 11:30, and the program begins at noon at the Westport Fkea Market.
