If he has close to $2 mil to play with for a defensive coordinator, he’s going to get his guy. Whether that’s DJ Smith (obviously not getting that) or a high profile coach. He’s earned it. Sucks about Baker but he was a big piece to bring us back. I don’t think it was the right move for his career but I don’t wish ill will on him. Big things are still coming. Why stop now?
