I worked in a UAW represented facility for 10 years prior to my current position. The union was probably the #2 reason I left that job. I am now at a facility that has voted to be represented by a union (IAM), there is a looming strike after 18 months of negotiations.
Missouri right to work was passed by the house but vetoed by our liberal governor jay nixon.
I have seen the inefficiencies that the labor union produces and think that they are obsolete organizations.
