A bill in the Missouri House has been introduced and heard in committee which will restore voting rights to felons on probation and parol.
Personally, I support this bill because this is an individual right and if someone has served their time and been released out into the public, they should have all the rights which come with that.
The interesting part? After years of this legislation being championed by Democrats, the sponsor in the House this year is a Republican. Why? Oh, because Republicans have found that MAGA has a ton of former felons who can’t vote.
