Joshua Lewis, who back off his pledge Nov. 3, never publicly announced where he was going until he signed with Tulane on Wednesday. @samspiegelman reported the Tigers moved on from Lewis, with sights set on Tobi Haastrup and then Javion Hilson, who the program signed.

Jayvan Boggs made a surprise flip to UCF in August, but when Gus Malzahn departed for Florida State this week, he followed. He flipped and signed with the Seminoles on Wednesday. Although it's a different situation than his previous decisions, Boggs ended his recruitment with commitments to four different schools.

Dyllon Williams decommitted from Missouri on Oct. 10 and pledged to Kentucky a few days later. He held strong to that commitment -- which he trended to even before his decommitment -- and signed with Wildcats.

The first commitment and decommitment for Missouri in the Class of 2025 ended up signing with Nebraska after flipping from Kansas in October. Julian Marks inked as an offensive lineman; the Tigers recruited him as a defensive lineman.

His commitment to the Tigers lasted 24 days in 2023.

FOOTBALL RECRUITING Grading Mizzou's 2025 class

@samspiegelman on Missouri:

Eli Drinkwitz has a knack for making noise on National Signing Day. That theme continued this year as five-star DE Javion Hilson declared for Missouri over Michigan, Texas, and Texas A&M in a recruitment that went in several different directions late. The Tigers also pulled off late flips of RB Brendon Haygood from Boise State, WR DaMarion Fowlkes from Pitt, and RB Marquise Davis from Kentucky. Mizzou held onto four-star QB Matt Zollers despite a late push from Penn State highlighting a top-25 class.

Grade: B
