BASKETBALL 1 or 2 year FB ban and why is basketball not involved

I keep reading 2019-20 postseason ban for football, but article saying it's one? Also the judge who's she says she completed a class for was a Basketball player according the the SB nation article so how is Football 2 years and Basketball isn't even mentioned?
