The Class of 2026 three-star took an unofficial visit Sept. 14 for the Boston College game, and since then, James has regularly texted with Jacob Peeler, taking video calls every week with the wide receivers coach as well as Eli Drinkwitz, Curtis Luper and Kirby Moore.
