The CFB playoffs should be about (and are about) which 4 teams had the seasons most deserving of a playoff birth. If we're picking the BEST 4 teams, we don't need to play a whole season, just have Bama, Georgia, Clemson, and Ohio State. Yes, Georgia is BETTER than Notre Dame and Oklahoma, but they lost to a great Bama team and a pretty good LSU team. Notre Dame had equally impressive wins with ZERO losses. Oklahoma had equally impressive wins with a last second loss to a team they later beat. I trust the committee to have the following:

2. Clemson
3. Notre Dame
4. Oklahoma
